No Educational & Employment Pathways
While millions of India’s underprivileged children get access to rudimentary education, very few of them have clear pathways to employability. Most of our children don’t pick up essential life skills to thrive in adulthood – communication, time management, discipline and grooming among others.
Life Skills Coaching
Our objective for this program, run in partnership with Vedanta Trust, is to give children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds opportunities to pick up these life skills. Children are inducted into the program at age 8 and are encouraged to stay within the ecosystem for as long as they want. In addition, we provide career counselling to the children for higher education and employment.
Using football as a medium, we conduct coaching programs all year round where children train with us 3 to 5 times a week. During these sessions, children are taught to communicate well, plan their time, develop self-discipline and become better people – all while playing the beautiful game.
Sponsor a Child
Conducting our life skills coaching program requires robust program management, good coaches, equipment, accessible playgrounds and gear for the children. Your contribution can help take this program to more children in India.
